unable to download the firmware packages

This is the error I'm getting when trying to download a firmware package in cube mx. I'm using the latest version.

It could be that your country location has some restrictions for the software download. Please check to download from our web sites if it is not coming from the browser.

Yes! it seems like some of the stuff is restricted. I'm in Pakistan and I have used the ST dev platform before and it worked fine. What's happening now?
