M41ST85WMX6TR contains an embedded 32.768KHz crystal, but it has not any crystal’s information in RTC’s spec or design note, so what's the crystal used in M41ST85WMX6TR? Or what's the embedded crystal's electrical parameter

Hi all,Attached my design with HVLED001 does not work. If i replece HVSU resistor with 1kOhm starts to works and output is ok but IC temperature getting very high quikly abouve 100C degree. IC supply voltage is okey and about 17-18VDC. I can not where is the problem.

As per M24128 datasheet, to read data from memory i am using random access + sequencial read. But when i tried to read continuously 500 bytes it is hanging some where . so i tried as reading 250 bytes then i have give a small delay then reading next 250 bytes like this it is working fine . I am giving small delay after every 250 bytes read.But as per data sheet it does not need any delay.is it necessary to give a small delay to read a large number of bytes?????????

I'm running STM32L072RZ and am running into weirdness with the EEPROM. I'm using the Cube32MX HAL library so I can avoid any potential issues. Below is my routine. Sometimes it runs just fine. Other times, it crashes my debug session and doesn't even go into my HardFault catch. Other times, it will crash, and then if I reset the processor it works every time after that.Just makes no sense. Everything below, including DATA_EEPROM_BASE and the un/lock and the erase/program functions are direct from the HAL. in our application we are using the M93C86-W EEPROM. It is driven by the 16Bit SPI mode of the TMS320F28069 Piccolo microcontroller by Texas Instruments. As far as I can judge, the used instructions are executed correctly and the EEPROM works as the datasheet indicates. This is where the problems start. After writing data to a selected address, the data is not read correctly. According to the datasheet, a dummy 0 is output first, followed by the databits. The problem is, after the READ instruction, I send 16 bit dummy data to keep the clock running. The data to be read is 16 bit long, as well. But the first bit read is the dummy zero output by the EEPROM. As a result of this, the last databit is not read by the microcontroller (for it just reads 16 bit, but the EEPROM outputs 17 bit).In the attached file you can see the signal flow on the SPI wires. Hello,When i am trying read/write operation on M95M01 by connecting my board to JTAG supply, my m95M01 EEPROM is working correctly as i can debug it and see.But when i am supplying my M95M01 EEPROM through an adapter it reads 0xFF. What can be the issue?Do i need to do any initialization?Also its getting enough voltage of 3.3V as i can measure through multimeter.Thank you,Akshay

I'm using a microcontrollerboard FEZ with integrated SPWF04Sc from GHI-Electronics to load sensor data to Azure Table Storage.My test-application ran fine with transmission through SSL sockets for some days with several hundred transmissions until it stopped working on 05/02/2019. From that on I was not able to get it working again (unsecure transmissions are working).I found out that Microsoft changed their certificates in these days. An inquiry at Microsoft didn't reveal a cause of the issue. The used url 'prax47.table.core.windows.net' can be accessed via https protocol on a Windows PC with the browser and with Microsoft Azure Storage libraries. A wireshark analysis of the SPWF04Sc request showed that DNS resolved the named url to CNAME 'table.db6prdstr07a.store.core.windows.net' and ip-address 52.245.40.70. I've been tried to looking for a detail description of the uC mode in regards of the enable pins, but I couldn't. That's the reason of my questions.

1)The IC supports both the modes of SPI(CPOL =1,CPHA =1 and CPOL =0,CPHA =0). On the master side I have configured the SPI with CPOL = 1and CPHA = 1.2) According to this master SPI mode the master will receive data at the rising edge and the slave sends it at the falling edge(here is a delay of almost 0.2 microseconds after the falling edge).3) I have written the status register with the data 0x0C and then I read it. In the SPI receive buffer I read it as 0x0C but on the oscilloscope its something different.In the scope images shown below:Green: Chip SelectYellow: ClockPink: MOSIBlue: MISOAttached are the scope images.The first image shows the data on MISO line which is expected to be 0x0C.The second image also shows data on the MISO line with a delay of almost 0.2 microseconds after the falling edge

I'm using M95256 IC which is used as an external EEPROM for the controller. When i'm sending Read Status Register command i can see data from IC in receive buffer. But when i'm sending Read from Memory command, i get only 0xFF data in the buffer.I have checked the Status register after Write to memory command and the WIP = 0 and WEL=1 in the register. I'm not able to see the data on the oscilloscope as well even though i can see Read from memory command is getting transmitted in Tx Buffer as well as i can see it on oscilloscope.

Hi, I am currently attempting to create a development board stack up starting with a Nucleo-f401re, GNSS1A1, IKS01A2, and SX1276MB1LAS LoRa shield in the order listed. I was having difficulties getting two stack ups to communicate through radio and report back through serial and determined that the default configuration of the GNSS1A1 board was likely the issue. I read on the datasheet that pins other than the default D0/D1 arduino pins can be used for serial communication and reconfigured the jumpers on the board such that D2/D8 could be used instead. This solved my issue of the radio modules not reporting back through serial when some radio tx/rx example code was executed. However, I now have the issue that the GPS module no longer reports when some GPS fetching example code is executed. I would like to know if my issue truly lies in the jumper configuration of the GNSS1A1 board interfering with the connectivity of the remaining stack, and how this might be remedied.   Here is a
