when i am installing the software a pop up is coming like "Unable to locate lab view run time engine" i have tried the 1> NI Labview-runtime 2014 2>NI-VISA Run-Time 14and followed all the instruction provided by STSW-L9963E datasheet. But we failed to install the softwareplease help me.

Hi, we purchased LDK220U50R and received devices with a marking of: 50306.We didn't find any documentation which explains this marking. Did e received the right part number - please tell us, which marking has to be at LDK220U50R. Thank you

Please advise on the below issue in STPM32 Active Energy Register.Project details -Single Phase Smart Meter. Input voltage - 240VAC and Current - 60A max.Interface - Wifi.Issue - PH1 Active Energy register(Address 54) of STPM34 is overflow once the Energy reach also most 230W and going to the negative side. Agin increases up to 230W. This is repairing like a sine wave. All other parameters are reading correctly. Voltage, Current, Frequent, PF, and Active Power. Also, Tap the TX, RX connection from the Meter and connect a computer using USB to TTL converter, Use " STPM3x evaluation software" and read the values from the Meter. The software also shown the same Active Energy overflowing issue once reach 300W. Design details- Voltage resistor divider - 470E and 270K X 4.  CT - 1:2500 ration Class 0.5, STPM interface to the controller through the UART interface. An additional signal is "EN". Attached the Schematic of the STPM34 section.  The load connected - 32

I am confused with the SPI operation particularly the raising CS after each byte (which isn't shown in the data sheet figures). I can get the motor to work, but as an example this is what I have to do to send a simple move command. The data is (in hex) 40 00 00 01.If all these bytes are sent at once, no CS raised between, it doesn't work.If these bytes are sent individually with CS raised between each, it doesn't work.To work I have to send the 40 byte alone. Then send 00 00 01 together, not raising CS between each. Then it will not turn the motor until I send two more transmissions with CS raised between. Doesn't matter what is in the transmission, seems it can be anything.What do I not understand about what the SPI interface wants?

I'm currently measuring the power loss of a 3 phase rectifier comprised of STTH3010W diodes.  I have my preliminary results obtained by measuring the voltage drop and current through an individual diode on my oscilloscope.  I'm just looking now to verify my results with the temperature data I've collected.  Do anyone have a good estimate on the Rth(j-a) or Rth(c-a) rating of the STTH3010W or even maybe just the DO-247 package?

I am working on SPSB081 power management control IC. I need support in the following points:1. which revision of data sheet to be followed, because there are some discrepancies in register set(addresses) of revision 2 datasheet.2. for refreshing the watchdog, TRIG bit should be toggled every time within safe window(7.5 to 12 ms in configuration1, 37.5 to 60ms in configuration2), though i am toggling the TRIG bit of CR1 register for every 50ms, still the NRESET pin is toggling which means reset is happening. can some one help me in the above points???

(Note: I raised a support case about this, but it was closed, and requested that I ask in here). I wondered if there are any further details / anyone is aware of any issues with adding a capacitor from CS in (23) to ground (so in parallel across the external CS sense resistor), in order to prevent short-transients from causing the device to trip? There doesn't seem to be anything mentioned in the datasheet about doing this (Which is also very-vague about what amount output capacitance is necessary, and there doesn't seem to be any additional design info / spreadsheet tools that some recent competitor devices have - and which also have additional transient-suppression ability). I have found that adding a 4.7nF capacitor across the R_CS resistor value, would stop a 2.5V dip for 500us of Vout (as Vout rose above 8V into the non purely-resistive load of a commercial receiver unit), from causing the STEF12H60M to trip. Hello!I am considering your L 993E for a new automotive BMS project. One of the biggest question marks is: why does it only have 14channels? We are aiming at 48V system but want to open for LifePo cells as well. Thats why we would need 16S /channels. Using two of your 9963E makes the solution quite expensive... is there an alternative? Like an 8ch version of your 9963E?Lets say we do stack two 9963E´s and connect 8 cells to each of them, is that device capable of dealing with LifePo cell chemistry? Thanks and best regardsMichael

Hi, the datasheet of VNQ660SP do not specify if the STATUS pin is Open Drain or not. It is more clearly defined in other chip like the VN330SP.In other word, we use many of the VNQ660SP on the same board and did connect the STATUS pin together. Is it ok ? Best regards, Laurent

Power is supplied by connecting the STUSB4500BJR to the TypeA connector of a personal computer via a TypeC-TypeA conversion cable. In this case, CC communication cannot be performed between the STUSB4500BJR and the PC. Can the STUSB4500BJR continue to supply 5V without hardware failure?

I use STM32 and STPM34. When the power factor load is changed , Current is changed about 1% in Metering.. Current increased in Lagging load. Current is decreased in leading load. The change is so small that I can't check current change in analog... I wanna current is not changed. Can you help me..?

Hello,I am looking for a "power multiplexer", basically 2 or 3 MOSFETs as ORing diodes on one chip.TI has something like that (TPS2121), and although ST has a lot of power switches, MOSFETs etc in their portfolio, I don't find anything like that. (And TI has annoyed me to a large extent over the last 3 years...)I'm working on a device with 3 power sources, from 4.5V to 15V DC with up to 2A which need to be switched.There are space and power restraints, so multiple MOSFETs and schottky diodes are no option.Any ideas?

Comparing the datasheets, they appear to be the same. Is there a reason for the different part names?
