Does anybody know why when the board is initialized with default peripherals the LCD isn't accessible? I have been trying to get the LCD to display on the board for days now and still no luck on my end.

Hi,I am a newbie and trying to compress RGB image data to JPEG and save to SD card. Step by step I monitor the debugging of CubeMX, which is very useful to me. I am developing product using STM32H7A3 series MCU.In my product we configure CEC peripheral on the MCU in order to use it.I follow the steps mention in RM.I conduct a CEC compliance test, and some error detected on CEC_ISR register.My I know, what can cause the bit TXERR to become 1(meaning transmission error)?----explanation in RM------Bit 11 TXERR: Tx-errorIn transmission mode, TXERR is set by hardware if the CEC initiator detects low impedance on the CEC line while it is released. TXERR aborts message transmission and clears TXSOM and TXEOM controls.TXERR is cleared by software write at 1------------------------------------It mentions "low impedance detected" but what can cause the low impedance detected?

Greetings!I'm working with an STM32U5G9 processor, trying to communicate to a HyperBus psram over the hspi peripheral.  My initial simple test is to try to do an indirect read of the psram 16 bit id register at register space address 0.I am capturing the HyperBus communication with a logic analyzer and everything looks as expected, except for an extra clock pulse at the end of the transaction.My problem is that I am not seeing the expected fixed Id register contents when I read the HSPI_DR.  The expected Id register value is seen on the bus with the logic analyzer.  I have dug in enough to understand that the DR read actually pulls from a 64 byte fifo, and that the number of bytes in the fifo are indicated by the contents of HSPI_SR:FLEVEL[0:6].  I have checked the fifo level before initiating a 2 byte HperBus read, and see 0.  I initiate the transfer by writing the HSPI_AR register and immediately after the transfer, FLEVEL indicates 30

Hi,I tried CubeIDE as well as the online STM32 selector but it seems that there is no price information in the results?Did I miss something?The distributors (Digikey, Mouser etc) don't list all peripherals in a parametric form as refined as ST (obviously).I want to list all the STM32 with certain peripherals (for example 3 x SPI, DSI, etc) but nowhere to be seen is the price, unless I click on each one separately...?I want to sort the results of a specific search by price. How do I do that?I only need the relative pricing, i.e. between the various parts to see which ones are the lowest cost one, so the classic 1K pricing is good enough even if in production it might change due to purchaser, market etc.Thank you

However, the USB is not being recognized, and I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance on how to resolve this issue. I have two variables pointing to different memory regions (SRAM and RAM), but when I modify one variable, both variables change as if they are somehow linked. Hello. I am using W25Q128JVSIQ for flash storage. I am curious if anyone has run into this or a similar issue with using the flash chip with standard SPI.1: I can program page 0 up to 256 bytes without issues.2: I can then program page 1 up to 255 bytes without issues.3: If I program page 1 with 256 bytes, all of the remaining pages (2, 3, 4...) have the same data as page 1 (without any additional programming).4: if I program page 2 with any data, the page 2 data overwrites page 1 data. My goal is to retain specific variables in SRAM2 across MCU resets to maintain state and ensure data integrity using a CRC mechanism. However, I'm encountering an issue where these variables are being reset to zero every time the MCU undergoes a reset, despite verifying their placement in SRAM2.Despite correctly placing the variables in SRAM2 and verifying their addresses, every time the MCU is reset, both myVariable and myCRC are reset to 0. Hi all! Hoping someone can help me with this. Right now, I have Timer A and Timer B as my main outputs; Timer A controls one set of switches in my half bridge, and Timer B controls the other half. I have one "mode" set, where I can adjust the phase shift between the two with corresponding dead time and it works great. No issues there. However, what I also want to implement is a form of trailing edge modulation, without having to manually adjust/move my output pins. I still want and need deadtime too. I attached a photo showing what I'm trying to do. OUTLR and OUTLL are the two bottom switches, and OUTUR and OUTUL are the upper switches. I can kind of do it by adjusting the falling edge deadtime, but I can't adjust it to be long enough for any sort of real power control. I basically need for the trailing edge of only *one* set of PWM outputs to be changeable, *with* deadtime still included.

We want to light up an LED when a hard fault occurs.Please tell me in which handler I should put the GPIO processing.Also, We would like to turn on the LEDs for faults other than Hard fault, is that possible?

Many engineers I know use HT7533 as power supply for STM32F105RBT6 in automotive boards. I looked up the specs, and found that HT7533 is only rated for 100mA. Is it too low for STM32F105RBT6? Is TI's TPS7B91 or TPS7B92 better in this case? Thank you.

  Hello everyone, Using the STM32H723VGT6 chip, the program can be downloaded and run normally, but cannot be erased and uploaded, prompting "Error while determining flash info (Bank 1 @ 0x90000000) Failed to read back". The same phenomenon occurs when trying multiple new chips, including erasing when the program is not downloaded, and the same error is reported. I am working with an SMT32u5g9vjt6q and a genuine stlink-v3set from mouser, everything was working as expected until I #included a library...at that point when trying to upload the code via the debug button I would get an "Could not verify ST Device! Please verify that the latest version of gdb-server is used for the connection" error.Just to be clear this error happens even when I am not using the library, just adding the #include causes the error via the debug button.  Further I can use the run button to successfully upload and ran the code, as soon as I comment out the #include of the library I can go back to debugging as usual.  The code will compile with no errors or warnings even when I implement the library in my code, as well as even running the code w/ library being used.
