Hi,I have tried to setup the ADC in STM32H753ZIT6, to sample more than one channel by using the polling method.So far I have not been successful. I have tried to follow guides and Youtube videos. What they all seem to do is to enable the wanted channels and then also only enable one "Number of Conversions". In the software they then switch channels like shown below. Ok, so I tried to follow https://wiki.st.com/stm32mcu/wiki/STM32StepByStep:Getting_started_with_USB-Power_Delivery_Sink for an example on how to use STM32G0B1 family as a simple USBC Power delivery sink. The Article seems to have received an update on June 2024 so it suggested to be rather up-to-date. Unfortunately, lots (!) of things have changed when I try to reproduce the settings that are done in CubeMX in the Tutorial. For some settings I am quite sure that I found the "correspondence" in the current version of CubeIDE/CubeMX but with others, one is really lost because settings or variables just don´t exist anymore or new ones were added. Hi Everyone,I am working with an STM32F103C8T6 chip on a project.  For some reason I cannot flash the chip. It connects everytime I try though. I am using the SWD to flash. Is there anything you notice that is incorrect on or may be affecting the circuit? I have a lingering suspicion of the 16 MHz crystal, but I'm not sure. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thank you! Ps. Hello everyone,I'm experiencing an issue with my STM32 microcontroller (STM32h745iik6 own board) where it doesn't execute the code upon power up. However, when I press the reset button, the code executes as expected. I'm looking for some guidance to resolve this problem.bellow i attach some schematic. please suggest how can i solve this challenges.

The chip used here is STM32F205RGT6 and has the function of using IAP. BootLoader program is placed on 0x08000000,APP is placed on 0x08010000.With a large number of devices using the same version of BootLoader and APP, occasionally a few devices will have two strange problems:1.Some devices are constantly rebooting because the devices are running in different cities and can't find the same patterns. When testing, I found that I occasionally entered BusFault_Handler, UsageFault_Handler, and HardFault_Handler. We can't find the root cause2.The same program, some devices run normally for a long time, and suddenly the top address of the stack on 0x08000000 after a power on is modified, resulting in failure to start normally. The address at the top of the stack should be 0x20004650 in normal circumstances, but 0x00000440 in the case of an exception.(This is shown in Figs. 1 and 2)

Anyone have some insider knowledge or just plain rumours of what chances are for ST considering releasing a STM32H7 with larger RAM in the near future?Like 3MB or larger, as some STM32U5’s have (I also just noticed some competitors having large RAM devices, like i.MX RT533 / RT555 with 3MB and 5MB respectively) The reason I ask is because this would make it possible placing two full-size frame buffers in internal RAM for displays with larger resolutions, doing away with the need for an external SDRAM.The SDRAM makes PCB layout quite more complicated and needs more layers. It also requires a larger pin count device for the SDRAM connections, often making use of a BGA package necessary. If only internal RAM is used a smaller pin count LQFP package can be used, making PCB layout much easier. Hello, I've been trying to port over ST OpenBootloader for use with an STM32L431KBUx over CAN. I can successfully erase bank 2, but I'm encountering an issue when writing to the flash.Issue Description: After the first 256 bits (flash-word) are written without any error, the subsequent write operations result in an inconsistency error. Hello.  I am working with a STM32H563IIKX, connected to an external Macronix MX30LF2G28AD NAND Flash chip.  I have configured the FMC for NAND operation with what I think are correct parameters (this is completely new to me).I thought I'd try a very simple test to see if communication with the external NAND is working at all.  After all of the auto-generated MX_xxxx_Init() calls in main(), I added this: NAND_IDTypeDef nandID = { 0 }; HAL_StatusTypeDef nand_rc = HAL_NAND_Read_ID(&hnand1, &nandID); Once I "step over" the call to HAL_NAND_Read_ID, SWD loses connection ("Target is not responding, retrying..." until it gives up).If I step into HAL_NAND_Read_ID, SWD is lost specifically at this lin

Hi,I am having uart baudrate problems while HSI clock as uart source clock. No problem with PCLK as source with the same uart. In Cube IDE (V1.16.0) and F7 software package (V.17.2), I get different values for HSI_CALIBRATION:Ide gets as 0x10 while register (RCC_CR) has 0x68 as HSI_CALIBRATION. The register also has 0x10 for HSI Trim value, which made me confused: Any pointers which value to use for calibration?Thanks,Tim

Hello,We are using the MCU STM32H745 in our current design.We have faced the issue of working MCU properly and below are the problem,Case 1 : At power ON, some time the MCU work properly and sometime does not work properly, when it is not work properly, after pressing the reset switch multiple time, it will start working properly but not every time. In the case of working properly, it takes current of around 300mA but sometime the current will reduce to 100mA, and the interfaces are going to stop.Case 2 : After then, we remove the SDRAM and disable the other interfaces like I2C, SPI, ADC and keep only UART interface ON and check the log on dock light over UART. This is both in RM0038 and RM0090 ADC chapter: the description of EOC status bit says, it indicates end of conversion (if EOCS=0) or end of sequence (if EOCS=1). However, in description of EOCS bit in CR2, as well as in numerous places in the narrative, EOCS polarity is indicated in exactly the opposite way, i.e. that it makes EOC to indicate end of individual conversions if it is set to 1 and end of sequence if it is 0.Can ST please clarify/fix.Thanks,JW@Imen DAHMEN​ 

Our main hardware controllers use the STM32F303VCT6 microcontroller, which connects via SPI to a Rock PI S. Two daughter boards that use STM32F303 microcontrollers and SPI communication can be connected to the main master board. Although the system operates smoothly most of the time, we would appreciate your help with an intermittent problem we have with one of the daughter boards.One controller has a middle daughter board that stops delivering data while the main board and the second board, connected by the first daughter board, only send data over SPI constantly.Problem Description:The STM32F303VCT6 microcontroller occasionally stops sending data over the SPI interface. It appears to hang, and the only way to recover from this state is to restart the controller.This issue occurs very rarely and does not follow a predictable pattern. Hello forum!I'm struggling to enable the burst feature described in the applicationnote from stm.I'm using cube IDE and I configured timer1 along with DMA1 to generate a specific waveform.Problem is, that after enabling the PWM via "HAL_TIM_PWM_START_DMA()",the call to HAL_TIM_DMAburst_Multiwrite() failes with HAL_BUSY. The initial values are set but the update does not work. Are there any experiences to use this feature using cubeIDE (Cubemx)?

Hello, I need help with ADC and DMA settings. My application is VERY EASY but I do not understand the setup parameters. The application is that I just start CPU and the ADC raw value should independently transfer via DMA to variable. When I need the value (randomly) I just read the internal variable. I saw several youtube manuals but I still have 0 on output even when there is 1V. I use PA0 pin (ADC1, chan 0) on very easy CPU STM32G031.
