Hello , I have an issue in STM32U5A9 IN EXTI interruption.When PB4, PB14, and PB15 are set to EXTI with interruption, EXTI15 interruption is activated by the signal of PB14.And EXTI15 interruption isn't activated by the signal of PB15.All EXTI settings are Pull-up and External Interrupt Mode with Rising / Falling edge trigger detectionI do not believe it is a circuit board issue since it is reproduced on both STM32U5A9J-DK and another circuit boards.Environment : STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.16.0 Build: 21983_20240628_1741 (UTC) Is there any way to resolve this problem?

Dear community:I am currently using the STM32H563ZGT6 chip, and my code capacity exceeds 512KByte. When programming through CubeIDE, I can only burn to the 512KByte Flash of Bank1. May I ask if this chip can use Bank1 and Bank2 as a whole (as I have seen other ST series chips on the network that can operate in this way), and if so, how can I configure it?Thank you.

I have a design using USART1 on an STM32F3 as a LIN slave receiver using the old standard peripheral drivers from ST Micro.  The code is too much to post here, but I have LIN Break Detect and RX Not Empty interrupts enabled, and for some reason under some condition (not sure the cause yet), an interrupt is firing in USART1 and not getting cleared so the code is stuck in the ISR.My first question: are there any LIN examples from ST Micro using the standard peripheral drivers? E.g. functions like USART_ReceiveData(), USART_GetITStatus(), etc. I have not been successful in finding any.My second question: what is triggering the USART interrupt and why isn't it getting cleared?The code for the setup and ISR for USART1 is below.  The idea is, a LIN Break Detect interrupt on USART1 indicates the start of a LIN message, so clear the message buffer and reset the buffer index.  Subsequent RXNE interrupts are for the message

FDA903D : I'm facing issue with I2C write procedure. I'm writing to the slave device (FDA903D) from my custom designed board with Infineon controller being the master device . The datasheet of FDA903D is not clearly mentioning how to do I2C transfer . I would like to look into an example to do a proper I2C data transfer(or sequence of transfer) in-order to configure appropriate amplifier registers for  enabling proper audio transfer to the output pin. 

Hello, Friends, I am using ADC(16 bit) to measure the STM32H747 Internal Temperature and VrefInt based on external reference voltage (VDDA 3.3V, Vref+ 2.5V). The VrefInt result is 1.221V, which looks good. However, the temperature result is 150C, which seems not correct. From the STM32H747xl/G datasheet, there are temperature sensor calibration values TS_CAL1(30C) and TS_CAL2(130C). The formular to get real temperature is (130-30)*(myADCValue-TS_CAL1)/(TS_CAL2-TS_CAL1)+30. Here are my questions: 1) Is the formular correct? 2)Which reference voltage value is used when TS_CAL2/TS_CAL1 values are read during the calibration? I am using 2.5V external voltage in my design.    Regards, YH          

Hello,I acquired the STM32H750B-DK development board. Initially, when I connected it to my PC, it would power on with a display and interface. However, for the past month, it no longer turns on at all. When I connect it to my PC, a folder opens with three files:Fail.txt :  The interface firmware FAILED to reset/halt the target MCUDetails.txt :Version: V3J15M7Build: Jun 14 2024 10:32:08MBEDI have tried connecting it to multiple PCs and attempted to update the firmware, but nothing has worked.Thank you for your help!

Hello, I'm new to STM32, I bought a Nucleo board with a STM32F334R8T6I want to generate a PWM of 10kHz and read some data in ADC channel, unfortunetely, there some conflicts between this two and I can not generate a PWM with more than 5kHz.I need some help about the configuration of the timer and ADC, there is some tutorial or document that explain each parameter that need to be configurated?I saw something about DMA, which one is better to use this?

I am currently working on a H723 based HS USB device with external USB PHY (USB3320,USB3340,USB3300 tested).While testing i have noticed that seemingly randomly between debug/flash cycles HS USB stops working with usually no activity on the bus but the HAL Phy setup usually still succeeds enabling the PHY but leading to an unknown device for the host.After replacing the H7 everything works again indicating some internal damage. This has happened several times on different revisions each with other protection attempts already so i can rule out a random bad or damaged chip.The closest matching report is this post hinting at possibly the weirdly unprotected analog switched PC2_C and PC3_C pins which are also present and used for DIR and NXT on the H723V.There has never been activity on any ULPI pins coming from the STM after

I saw a few tickets regarding this kind of problem and confirmed that __HAL_RCC_PWR_CLK_ENABLE() is called before setting the initial voltage scaling. This test code is completely auto-generated from IOC configured for 160MHz SYSCLK/HCLK (driven by PLLCLK which is sourced by 24MHz MSIS) and LL library for RCC, with no custom code. The code works on several of our custom development boards but does not work on their production counterparts. Both use STM32U585QII6. I have recently purchased an STM32H753ZI board and want to configure the differential ADC to read signals directly from a function generator. I have configured it based on the following setup, but I am facing several issues with the output.Issue 1: I am unable to read the ADC value properly. The negative side of the signal is getting clamped. How can I correct this?Issue 2: When I input a 1V peak-to-peak sine wave to the differential ADC of the STM32H753ZI microcontroller, I am getting a square wave at the output. Hi there, I am writing a custom video decoding app that process custom stream JPEG frames from USB, without any standard on a STM32H747.So far, (more or less) so good, I use CM4 for USB operations, and CM7 for JPEG decoding and DMA2D pixel conversion. However, I need three buffers on SDRAM for that operations, one for USB Packets, another for JPEG decoding and a third one for VRAM.I am wondering if there is a possibility to avoid one of them by transferring data directly from JPEG decoding IP to DMA2D without CPU intervention. That would save me some throughput on FMC bottleneck and release the CPU (indeed it is not very busy).However, I have no clue on which DMA to use (MDMA or DMA) and what should be the role of each of the peers (should DMA2D pull data from JPEG? or should JPEG push data to DMA2D?).I did not find any clear explanation or sample about this. I couldn't understand the pinout of the nucleo boardHere in CN8 the blue side pins is mentioned with both D43 and PC8. same in CN7 pin number 1 is mentioned with both PC6 and D16. But which of pin is actually connected to this specific header.

Hii have STM32G0B1KEi was configuring the cube-eeprom-v7 emulation to use the last two pages from bank2 to store some configuration.when i came to set `START_PAGE_ADDRESS` i need the address of the second last page.reading in the 'Table 11. Flash memory organization for 512 Kbytes dual-bank devices' in RM0444 Rev 5  I see that the last page start  address is 0x0807F804 , is this correct or it should be 0x0807F800?because the last page size is  slightly less than 2K in size and since i need the second last address i usually subtract  0x800 from the last address, so what is the address for the second last page? is it  0x0807F004 or 0x0807F000 ?

Greetings,I have just received my custom made STM32H757 based boards, when I try to connect with it using the USB cable its not detected at all in my windows 10 PC but I am able to connect with it in DFU mode or using the stlink-V2 through SWD.This is the first stm32H757 base board I have designed and I am not so sure about whats wrong. Below is the schematics for powering the board do let me know if something seems wrong.I am able to flash codes through SWD and DFU mode and verify it, but doesn't seem to be running. How can I verify if the MCU is booting properly?Regards,

While using the Quad SPI mode of the OCTOSPI peripheral for four lanes, it was observed that when used in input mode all the pins except IO2 function properly. We can see the signal coming to the pin when probed externally, but it just does not seem to get sampled. Because of this the data captured seems similar but falls short of the actual value as the data from this GPIO always seems to be zero. It does not seem to be due to a faulty board also

Hello ,  I have an issue in STM32u575 IN SPI DMA , Even IF I Tried the Example code (/SPI_FullDuplex_ComDMA_Master)  there is no data received from the other side  iam using the aardvark to test it  when check the return of this function  HAL_SPI_GetState(&hspi1); will be : HAL_SPI_STATE_BUSY_TX  I tried all steps and Do the same in another project every Time I faced this issue even if using the Linked - list  mode or stander request mode  I receive the same issue with no data may please support in this point ?   

I just downloaded the "I3C_Controller_WakeUpFromStop" project for the Nucleo-H563ZI board using the example project import option. It compiled with no issues. Ran it with debugger and protocol analyzer on the I3C bus. When the subroutine "Handle_ENTDAA_Controller()" is called/executed, the protocol analyzer shows "START | Address 7F | Rnw(1) | |NACK" and not "0x7E" for broadcast. The project/code locks up at line 172 = " while(ubFrameComplete == 0U); /*Wait end of Dynamic Address Assignment procedure */ " Also, the subroutine Handle_ENTDAA_Controller() shows "ptrTXFunc = &I3C_DynamicAddressTreatment;" and this function is never invoked for some reason. 1) What am I doing wrong? 2) why is there no RSTDAA (Restart DAA) sent first? Hello !I am using the I3C interface between a STM32H563ZI and 2 LPS28 sensors. After a ENTDAA process I would like to send a SETGRPA but unfortunately it does not work. It seems the process fails during HAL_I3C_AddDescToFrame() due probably to a wrong frame description. I have not found any example. Here's the code I use for just one assigment. What is wrong ? What should be the right description to launch the SETGRPA for both sensors ?Thanks for your help ! 

I am working with STM32G030K6T6 MCU. In some cases I write and erase to flash memory. While writing there is no problem, while erasing some of my GPIOs go from HIGH to LOW momentarily. I see LED blinking momentarily. Erase function works fine but my general purpose peripheral is affected. My write and erase functions are almost the same as STM32Cube->Repository example. No change is observed in MCU power supply. Can you help me? Thanks.

If you enable Transmission Complete (TC) interrupt flag TCIE in the UART_CR1 register before enabling UART itself, the interrupt will still be be generated.It is not possible to clear TC flag using USART_ICR TCCF in such state. The interrupt handler will be invoked infinitely, unless interrupt is disabled back in the CR1 register. Steps to reproduce:1. Write USART_CR1=0x20000048; Uart is disabled here (UE=0).2. Enable UARTx_IRQ in NVIC; At this point interrupt handler will be invoked.3. Inside Interrupt Handler, Try to reset TC flag by writing USART_ICR=0x40; It will fail. TC flag will stay active, application will hang because interrupt handler will be called infinitely.

I'm using the I3C_Controller_ENTDAA_IT example to assign dynamic addresses to two BMA530 sensors, but I'm getting errors when running the code. Are there any modifications or additional steps I should consider to resolve this issue? I haven't made any modifications or additions yet. 

Using following settings: IDE : VS Code (NRF connect plug-in) Programmer : Stm32Cube programmer Stlink Debugger  OS: Zephyr  MCU: Stm32u5 series   Modem: Sierra wireless I'm trying to upgrade MCUboot ( Zephyr's) bootloader using FOTA .I can upgrade application firmware however couldn't find any documentation or information about upgrade for MCUBOOT bootloader on stm32 chips.Can anyone please suggest what can be potential solution for MCUBOOT bootloader upgrade over the air on STM32 chip or are there any specific changes required in MCUboot from zephyr to make it work with STM32?Do I need another bootloader immutable to upgrade mcuboot bootloader if yes where to find that on Stm32 resources?
