Cannot create STM32 project STM32IDE 2.0

In iDE version 1.19, there was an STM32 Project creation feature, but it disappeared when I updated to 2.0.

Download standalone STM32CubeMX and create/open the IOC file there. STM32CubeMX is no longer bundled. See the pinned posts for more details.
