Cannot select DMA for data management

Hello,

I am currently working on a config file for STM32H723ZGTx (LQFP144). I am setting up ADC1 and want to select "Conversion Data Management Mode" to be DMA one shot instead of regular conversion to DR register. However, I cannot seem to select this option, is there other settings blocking it? or am I missing something else ? 

I am really new at this cubeIDE :))
