i can't get to download stm32cubeide. download jus

To all,

the issue is now fixed. It was related to our network provider. 

You can now download any software using your myST account without any problem.

STM32CubeIDE can be downloaded here. You will need to log in first.

No, not in the Europe - website doesn't record my login attempt.

Note: I succeeded with a download of CubeIDE as guest without login. Maybe this is a workaround for others as well until ST has a fix.

Yes, @mfgkw this can be a temporary workaround. It was confirmed by our technical team that the "download as a guest' flow is working fine. The issue is linked to the login flow, and they are working on it to fix that urgently.

Hi @OXN ,

This is not a network problem. STMicroelectronics has no export license with your country, that's why you can't download software from st.com.

You should have seen this message when trying to download a software from st.com:

We apologize for the inconvenience, but in accordance with the European Union's Export Regulation 2021/821, the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and other relevant rules and regulations, ST is not authorized to allow the download of this software from your country.

We're sorry, but we can't help you with this issue.

Thank you for your answer, but I didn't get any message during the download. As far as I know, st.com doesn't allow downloading anything even with a VPN. But when I had a problem, I found out that it was possible to download from other profiles in our country.. So I thought the problem was related to my profile. Thanks again for the detailed information.

Same problem now.  Get to the product wanted (CubeIDE for Linux) - click the accept button - nothing happens.

Same on current Chrome and Firefox.

Dear @rgjones ,

According to our logs you have successfully managed to download this SW from st.com mid of November. Are you saying that you tried again today and the download failed? There is no download activity this week for your account. Did you download using your myST account or just as a guest ? Did you get any error messsage?

same problem from Germany, not with account neither as guest, tried firefox, brave (shields down)
