CubeIDE or CubeMX link to Github to use library

Hello colleagues.

My first post here...

I have seen somewhere in youtube tha it is possible to provide URL to the specific Github location and use code from there as a library or some sort of included component. It has to be special file in Github serving as a "link" or index. 

Unfortunately, I forgot where I hve seen that and cannot find way to do that.  Any pointers ?
