How to resolve " failed to execute MI command" error?

Hi,

I wanted to just blink and LED as a test for an STM32F429 discovery board, but it just wont work and i've exhausted my options for attempts, clearing the flash doesnt work, neither does chainging the USB cable or changing the debugger configuration.

Any suggestions?

First thinks for posting.

My first suggestion is to check the debug configuration be sure that "Enable live expressions" is unchecked if you are using an older version of CubeIDE.

Scope your nReset line. Easy to rule out as a definite possible cause of this error (it was in my case).
