IDE 1.17 Crash after few seconds

Hello I have answer in other post that shows  a solution but it didn't work, I am looking for a different or better solution than uninstalling and erasing the keys of the registers. 

I have copied repository and workspace folders from an older computer that the IDE works normally. I don't know if that can be the problem.

I am adding few LOGs I got.

I found the solution out of the log files, there was a conflict with the library ASProxy64.dll that shall be in system32 but was also present in other program's folder (duplicated) generating a conflict.

I uninstall that software and the IDE started to work, also changed the auto update configurations not be allowed and the type of connection to internet as direct to avoid future conflicts with the native mode (ASProxy64.dll) 

After finishing my project this time I will check if working in direct connection I can reinstall the other software and they will be able to coexist like in my previous computer.
