ioc file not generating

hi i have been trying to configure mcu of h745BIT3 208 pin, IOC file is not generating, and i have tried for g4 series same issue happening today only, is there any server down or update have to do.

Could you please provide more details about STM32CubeIDE version that you are using also your OS.

windows 11 and stm32cube ide version 1.16.1

 and my friend's laptop windows 11 and version 1.17 both the systems IOC file is not generating
