Problem with st-link driver not being installed on Surface Laptop 7 (Qualcomm Snapdragon)

I recently bought a Surface Laptop 7.
The CPU is Qualcomm's Snapdragon.
I installed stm32cubeide for testing, but I have a problem where st-link is not installed.
This is a screen capture of the error message.
I'm looking for a solution but haven't found one yet.
Please tell me how to solve it.
