STM Cube IDE installation problem in RHEL

I am facing an issue while installing the cube ide in  my rhel 9.2 version,the exact problem was when i try to run the executable file and going through the instructions ,after agreeing the licenses and the folder which contains .rpm files is deleting automatically and causing an error like no matches found for .rpm something like that.
