Stm cubeid dark mode problem

when I make stm32 in dark mode there is some places appear as light mode what is the proble and how I can fix it .

First let me thank you for posting and welcome to the ST Community.

Under Window, Preferences, appearance, you should set the theme to DARK, click on Apply and restart STM32CubeIDE.

I did this and switched it to dark mode, but when I applied it in STM32 CubeIDE, I faced this issue: some areas are still in light mode, such as the options that appear when I press right-click to bring up the menu or when I open any of the items in the top tabs like "View" or "Window," and so on.

Additionally, the program's borders are still in light mode as well.

However, when I applied it in Eclipse, everything worked fine, and the dark mode was applied correctly everywhere. I want STM32 CubeIDE to behave the same way.

I tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling it, but the issue still wasn’t resolved. The problem appeared after I updated to Windows 11.

Is there a solution where I can, for example, transfer the files responsible for dark mode from Eclipse to STM32 CubeIDE? Maybe that could fix the problem.

Did you try "Darkest Dark Theme with DevStyle​" plugin (to install from Eclipse marketplace)?

This will configure all to dark mode. You can follow these steps:

• Open STM32CubeIDE  
• Menu >  Help > Eclipse Marketplace
• Search "Darkest dark theme " in the search box
• Install "Darkest dark theme with DevStyle"
• Then confirm the feature
• After the installation, make sure to restart the STM32CubeIDE
• Then, click on "window" > "Preferences" > "Version Control" and check that "Darkest dark theme" is added.
