STM32 package installation error

Hi,

I have recently installed STM32CubeIDE 1.18.0 on my windows 11 pc. I am not able to generate the code using a .ioc file. I always get package installation failure error as show below in the image

Why is this error happening and how can I resolve this issue.

First let me thank you for posting.

Are you connected to myST account in STM3232CubeIDE tool. As you need to be connected to download FWs.

If you are connected to your account, could you go under Help>Configuration tool>manage Embedded Software package and install the FW from there.

I opened the Embedded Software package and refreshed it, but I didn't get any installation packages to be downloaded. Please suggest me the next course of action
