STM32G474VET NOT CONNECT THE JTAG

I my micro controller not debugging in JTAG MODE it is perfectly working in the working SWD mode.Whenever  I tried to connect using JTAG it showing error (DEV_CONNECT_ERR) cause by the time of opening  C:\ST\STM32CubeIDE_1.12.0\STM32CubeIDE\plugins\com.st.stm32cube.ide.mcu.externaltools.cubeprogrammer.win32_2.0.600.202301161003\tools\bin\STM32_Programmer_CLI.exe.Please try to help meJTAG ERROR.PNG

    Hello @KayalaSandeep and welcome to the community :),

     

    Please use the "Scan" option to detect the ST-Link. When [ST-LINK S/N] is enabled, the serial number of the ST-LINK probe to be used must be entered in the edit/ list field. The [Scan] button can be used to scan and list all detected ST-LINK devices connected to the PC. please take a look at STM32CubeIDE user guide - User manual.

    Also, make sure that your ST-Link firmware is up to date.
