Unable to download software package

I am trying to use cubeide 1.18.0 to program my f103c8t6 (I have been using keil 5 before this) and I'd like to get a HAL package for it but the ide just say I cannot connect to the server while the check connection says connection is OK. I just want to know how to get the package and have the ide up and running

Sometimes it's just down and you have to try again later.

You can try with standalone STM32CubeMX which may work more reliably.
