Unable to install STM32CubeIde on a computer with an Intel N100 processor?

My main computer died and I tried to install STM32CubeIDE on a spare computer. During the installation process I received the following error message:

"NSIS Error
Error launching installer"

Computer: Firebat Mimi PC, Model S1, CPU Intel N100, RAM 16GB. Operating system: windows11.

I tried installing different versions of CubeIde: 1.17.0, 1.16.1, 1.15.1. The result is always the same.

Note: STM32CubeMx has installed successfully and is working.

Is it possible to somehow solve this problem?

Hello @PBobo.1

First let me thank you for posting.

Let's try those steps to solve the issue

1-Copie unzipped directory to c:\
2-Shorten its name to "en.st-stm32cubeide_1.17.0"
3-Shorten  the exe name to "st-stm32cubeide.exe"

Installer will start
