Where are IDE preferences stored in windows?

I'm looking for a way to export all IDE preferences to share with developers on my team. Essentially, everything under windows > preferences we'd like to backup so we can have it the same on all machines. 

I found:

C:\ST\STM32CubeIDE_1.16.1\STM32CubeIDE\configuration

Can I simply copy this folder and use it on new machines?
