STM32 Monitor with B-STLINK-ISOL V3

I'm having trouble monitoring signals of my project running on an STM32G431 through STLINK-V3SET and B-STLINK-ISOL. The system works well with the STLINK-V3SET alone.

Regarding link settings on the STLINK-V3SET and B-STLINK-ISOL: I've removed JP1 on the STLINK-V3SET base card and installed JP1 and JP2 on the B-STLINK-ISOL.

When the B-STLINK-ISOL is in place, I can deploy the configuration and, display the "Dashboard" but when I press "START ACQUISITION" I see this message in the Debug window: 

PMnode: myProbe_Outmsg : string[33] "JTAG/SWD no device connected (f7)"

Just wondering if anyone can help me understand what I'm doing wrong?
