X-NUCLEO-LPM01A. window 11 and CubeMonPwr-Win 1.1.1. PC shows USB Serial Device cannot start (code 10).

I use X-NUCLEO-LPM01A. Window 11 and CubeMonPwr-Win 1.1.1.

When I plug in USB, PC shows USB Serial Device cannot start (code 10).

Do you have any solution for this? Thanks
