flash programming STM32H743ZIT6 using stmcubeProgrammer

hello, are using STM32H743ZIT6 and we are trying to flash program the mcu's using uart in stm32cubeprogrammer, however we are having difficulties connecting to the MCU via uart, some connect on first attempt and some takes a few tries to connect, there is no difference in the boards and all signals on the scope look the same. is there a reason? i noticed in a bootloader application note that there is a problem with the bootloader version on the MCU, maybe this is the reason?

Do you have MCUs from different batches?

all the MCU's are from the same batch thats why its werid that some connect on the first attempt and others take a few attempts.
