Flow control issues with CP2102

When using STM32CubeProgrammer and Silicon Labs CP2102 for USB-UART bridge, DTR state does not become "1 (Low)" when read unprotecting. No problem with FTDI FT232RQ.

Our system uses DTR for RXD control, so if DTR is 0 (High), communication is not possible.

Is it possible to fix STM32CubeProgrammer?
