H7: What AP to read DBGMCU at 0xe00e1000?

Hello,

stm32cubeprogrammer on the H745 disco shows nothing at 0xe00e1000, where DBGMCU_CR should be visible on the APB-D bus. Probably only access by AP2 can read there. Is this guess right?

Think debugger blocks access, can't read things like DEVID, need to power cycle without pod.
