Hi. Does anyone know if its possible to install STM cube programmer on a windows 7 32-bit mashine and use STM32_Programmer_CLI on this mashine?

Yes it is possible to install STM32CubeProg on win 7 32-bits.
Please make sure to download the 32 bits version from st.com website.
