Is the integration of STM32CubeProgrammer CLI into a commercial software allowed?

I would like to know if it is allowed to integrate the STM32CubeProgrammer_CLI into an own, commercially distributed software. Only STM32CubeProgrammer_CLI including its dependencies is planned to be integrated. No further modification takes place. Understanding the license agreement SLA0048 is a bit difficult for me.
