Question

NUCLEO-144 F767ZI programming failed

I've just bought this board: https://www.st.com/en/evaluation-tools/nucleo-f767zi.html and when I start programming the board using STM32CubeIDE, I've run into this error:

error stm32f7.pngerror details.png

So I've searched how to fix it, I've used STM32CubeProgrammer to do a full-chip erase, but still failed:

So what should I do next to make this new kit work?

Hello @thangngoECE ,

Did you try "Connect under reset" option?

Can you measure the power supply of the board, measure voltages at VDD, VDDA, and VCAP pins.

Is it an external or internal Flash Erase?

Hi @Imen.D,

I've tried "Connect under reset" option, but still cannot erase flash (you can see the image below for more details).

As you can see, I choose the option "Full chip Erase" in STM32CubeProgrammer, so I believe it erases the internal flash only.
