Problems installing SFI on STM32U575

Hello,

I am trying to install a SFI file on a STM32U575 microcontroller. I have generated the SFI with a binary (0x08000000) and at the time of installing the SFI, I get the following error:

Error: Execution of RSS CMD failed, returned value = 0x1 
Error: Failed to Process License!

Why do I get this error? How can I solve it?
