Programming via UART

Hello,
I am trying to program Nucleo- H743ZI2 via UART (UART3) according to AN2606 doc page 244.
I have managed to successfully program small bin and elf files. However, when I try to program a bigger file (bin = 655,619KB, elf = 5870KB) I am getting an error.
Please note, that I succeeded to program this big file via ST-Link, during development and using the STM32CubeProgrammer . I only get the error using the UART programming interface.
My STM32CubeProgrammer version is 2.6.0
