ST fixed the problem in 2.13 when the EL's filename contains more than one dot, e.g.(FlashLoader-V02.11.03.0001.stldr)! Unfortunately the problem persists in the application STM32_Programmer_CLI.exe :(

in the current version 2.15 it is still not fixed

It's a real shame, we're still using version 2.5! because none of the next versions solved the problem
