STM32CubeProgammer will not load the bin file 'Error while reading the file'.

I'm using the STM32429I-EVAL board and STM32CubeProgammer and can program the board when the program is located in internal flash.

When I edit the app to use the external flash I get a good compile in STM32CubeIDE but the programmer will not load the bin file 'Error while reading the file'.

So I can't program the board.

ANyone had this and solved it please?

Show full error and build log to that point.

C​heck for spaces in path name, especially that of External Loader.

No compile error all ok.

Filename 'Evaluation_Example.bin' same as previously loaded and successfuiy programmed internal flash build.
