STM32CubeProgrammer 2.6.0 api or one of its dependencies missing, java error

i am using windows 7 32 bit.

Java JRE build 1.8.0_271-b09

i have tried all the solutions given in other posts but couldn't get past this.

the user manual of cube programmer 2.6.0 says :

"There is no need to install any Java™ SE Run Time Environment since version 2.6.0. The

STM32CubeProgrammer runs with a bundled JRE available inside the downloaded

package and no longer with the one installed on your machine."
