STM32cubeProgrammer 2.8.0 download shutdown

hello, so i use STM32cubeprogrammer, so i want firmware but i cant use this program coz The program is forcibly terminated by connecting the device and pressing Download to upload the firmware file. I don't know why. Does anyone know why this is happening?

1. Power down your target device.
2. Start the Programmer application.
3. Connect the ST-LINK to the target device.
4. Power up the target device.
5. Press "Connect" in Programmer.
6. Programmer should print some target information in its Log area (or an error message of some sort).
