STM32CubeProgrammer does not work with Windows 11.

I have the following problem. I recently installed Windows 11 and tried to install the STM32CubeProgrammer. But non of the following versions work with Windows 11

STM32CubeProgrammer 2.11.0

STM32CubeProgrammer 2.10.0

STM32CubeProgrammer 2.9.0

I always get the same error:

 

I use Java Version 1.8.0_341. Would be nice, if someone knows an answer! :)

Can you please tell me step by step how do you install CubeProgrammer?

Do you install it with administrator rights?

FYI no need to have java installed in your PC , STM32CubeProgrammer runs with a bundled JRE.
