STM32CubeProgrammer installer stuck at Step 8 on Windows 11 Single Language

Hello,

I tried to install STM32CubeProgrammer, but the installer always gets stuck at Step 8. I searched online and found that some people from my country solved the problem by changing the Windows region and language.

However, my Windows 11 license only supports a single language, so I cannot change it.

Is there any other solution for this issue?

Apologies for the delayed response.

 

It appears that this issue happens when installing on Windows 11 using certain languages other than english.

Fortunately, when you reach the step 8 all that is left is the shortcut creation and if you check the installation folder (which by default should be "C:\Program Files\STMicroelectronics\STM32Cube\STM32CubeProgrammer") everything should be there.

If you wish to create a shortcut of STM32CubeProgrammer, please head over to the \bin\ folder and send a shortcut of STM32CubeProgrammer.exe to your desired location.
