STM32CubeProgrammer - is a short delay after opening UART possible?

First it looks like STMCubeProgrammer will be a useful tool for field upgrades - thank-you ST!

Is it possible to have a short delay (100ms is enough) between opening the UART and beginning communications? My product has an isolation barrier for safety reasons and the PC side is powered by the handshake lines. This needs a short time to power up.
