This software has too many bugs. Could the developers please look into the main issues? 1. If the downloader fails to connect, it spams dozens of error messages. 2. Frequent freezing, primarily when the downloader fails to connect—the software gets stuck and can't even be closed, which severely impacts usability.

As most of us do not have such problems, please state your OS, sw version, CPU, ram ...

Please share more data as mentioned by @mbarg.1 also the log file, to help you in your issues.

When the software is in a connected state, there's an 80% chance it will freeze if the connected device loses power or the downloader becomes loose.
