STM32F412RE Flash 512KB OVER SIZE?

HI.

The STM32F412RE flash memory size is 512 kB.

Why 1024 KB is accessible.

Even if you are able to use 1024KB of flash on STM32F412RE, only 512kB is tested by ST. So we cannot guarantee the behavior in the whole 1024KB of the flash.

Probably the same die as similar MCUs with more flash, but not fully functional / tested under all conditions.
