STM32L562E-DK Failed to connect.

Hello STM team,

I am working with STM32L562E-DK.

It was working fine, but suddenly the STM32L562E-DK is failing to connect. And generates a FAIL.TXT which says "The interface firmware FAILED to reset/halt the target MCU".

NOTE: I have not done any modifications so that it gets affected.

Please give me suggestions for the same.

Tried to upgrade the firmware with STM32CubeProgrammer, set to "Connect Under Reset" mode and erase the whole MCU.

Check also the jumper settings.
