The "open file" button is not working if the wrong file path is saved in "config.properties".(v2.7.0)

I encountered an issue(v2.7.0) like the title and I fixed it just removing the "config.properties" file located in "C:\Users\Administrator\STMicroelectronics\STM32CubeProgrammer\config.properties" path.

I attached my "config.properties" file which not working.

I think it would be better to have a function to check the path is valid or not before working the "open file" button.
