Unable to run stm32cubeprogrammer due to Java issue

I get the following error when I try to run STM32CubeProgrammer both as admin or non-admin.

My system details: Windows 10

Java versions :

I have tried using cubeprogrammer 2.5 as well as 2.4 and I get the same error in both cases. Please let me know if any of you faced this and what is the solution to this.

error message: CubeProgrammer_API or one of it's dependencies is missing.

When i reinstall CubeProgrammer, it works for the first time I open the software but if I close and try to open it again, I face the above errors
