Unable to update firmware

I want to use stm32H5 series microcontroller and I am trying to write from STlink... I can access the microcontroller by SWD (I can check Option Byte), but I can't write. I can write to the USART via the bootloader with TrustZone disabled, but... I would appreciate it if you could provide me with some information about this.

Could you please clarify what you mean by "you can't write"? Did you face any specific errors during erasing, programming, ...? Additionally, which version of STM32CubeProgrammer are you using?

Sharing logs could be helpful to understand the issue better.

I am using CubProg v 2.19, but I can't execute programming from stlink.

Thank you for your feedback, and apologies for the delayed response.

I couldn't reproduce the issue on my side. Could you please also share the flash size of your device and the Option Bytes configuration for further investigation?
