Update STM32CubeProgrammer 2.16.0 -> 2.17.0 failes

I tried to update STM32CubeProgrammer version 2.16.0 to 2.17.0 on windows, but it does not work. I always get this message, the network connection is working for sure:

I have already successfully updated the STM32CubeProgrammer on Linux.

Download it manually from the page and install.

That's not the answer I expected, of course I can reinstall the programmer. But I wanted to know what might be wrong that the update does not work

The programmer update still does not work ( 2.17 -> 2.19, or 2.18 -> 2.19 )

The update stops after downloading the software

 

I tried it on several windows 10 PCs with or without proxy, on Linux the update works. Does anybody else has this problem?
