When I click Open File, STM32CubeProgrammer closes unexpectedly.

I am using stm32cubeprg-win64-v2-21, and I am experiencing an error.

After launching the program and clicking Open File, the Open File window appears briefly, and then the program closes unexpectedly.

I uninstalled it and tried using a previous version of STM32CubeProgrammer, but the same issue occurs. Rebooting the laptop does not resolve the problem either.  I have captured a video of the issue and attached it.
