Where to find command tool SFMIPreparationTool_CLI.exe?

I am reading  UM2238 User manual Rev 8, At page 18, it shows command line interface (CLI). Where can I doenload tool so I can hands on forlling the instruction?

Perhaps the FULL install of the STM32 Cube Programmer Package?

@Community member​ Thank you very much. I reinstall "STM32 Cube Programmer Package".  This feature comes as a selection of “STM32 Trusted Package Creator tool�? while install

SetupSTM32CubeProgrammer_win64.exe. Could not find the command line interface tool but GUI is installed. GUI could be better.
