I am implementing a semi-duplex multimaster communication (based on RS-485), so before start sending message I need to know if any other node isn't transmitting anything. As far as I see the first information about any received transmission is UARTSR.DTF bit, which is set after reception of full byte.I need to know if UART has started a reception (start bit received) or if any activity appears on RX line.Checking RX line state is not sufficient, because I can miss the moment when it is in '0' state. I'd rather avoid to engage external interrupts too, because it would use significant time of CPU and make solution very complex.

I use SPC5Studio to develop and program my board. But we also want to be able to flash from command line. Does anyone have any idea how to do this?

Hello. I'va a problem in loading spc5studio samples. I am trying to use the example created by the SPC5 studio with interrupts. It has a PIT_0 (vector 227) configured. What i observed is that the interrupt is triggered only once after the application starts and is not triggered any more. As far as I understand from the datasheet, the respective interrupt register bit is to be reset by writing 1 to it and then the interrupt is cleared and ready to be retriggered. On the same lines I also configured the STM interrupt but it has the same behaviour. After the application starts interrupt is triggered once and not anymore. Could someone please help and let me know what are all the necessary steps in initialisation and while clearing the interrupt so that the ISR is triggered everytime the timer has met its criteria.Kind regards,Fahad

Hello! I'm new to SPC5 studio. I just downloaded and installed the software. when I try to launch it, nothing happens. my laptop: Lenovo Ideapad 320, i5 7th gen, 8gb ram, Windows10what I tried:-I tried launching in compatibility mode(windows 7,vista)-Restarted my Laptop-Tried complete reinstall-Tried downloading again and reinstallingNone of the above solved the issue, the thing is I don't even see any error messages. It just doesn't launches. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

Hi,I am developing an application on SPC58EC that uses the serial with DMA for reading.I'd like to know if there is a way to know and get the position where it's writing in the buffer. I mean something like the corresponding "__HAL_DMA_GET_COUNTER(...)" or to the "...->CNDTR" register of the STM32.I already use the receive callback that trigger at the end, but it's not enough for my purpose.Thanks,Rob

Hi all, I got back on a project on the SPC574K2 I paused a few months ago and decided to start over from a green-field environment.I then downloaded and installed SPC5Studio 6.0.0 Doyle which came along with version 1.16.1.20210914101245 of the LLD sdk.Unfortunately my project builds fine but it is not running anymore due to a problem in board clock management (I', using the EVBoard)To have proof of evidence for this I re-installed 6.0.0.Asimov (which instead comes with LLD version 1.13.1.20200626121018 with which, instead, my code (AND the EXAMPLES provided by ST) builds and runs just fine Needless to say I'm pretty unhappy of this finding which came out without any explicit notice >:( Has anyone run into similar issues? how did you got away?Thanks in advance

HelloI intend to use SARADC with DMA and I'm not able to configure it. SPC5 Studio provides examples that I'm using but in the configuration options of other SPC5 models in SARADC Configurations the option DMA configuration appears. On SPC58EE84E7 does not appear. How should I proceed?Thank you!!

i m working with SPC584xxx series MCU and trying to work with timers interrupts.using 1ms timer for calculating times for operations and using 10ms timer for work.but when 10ms timer work, 1ms timer is waiting and not triggering until 10ms timers work done.i just wanna see the how the priorities are working but i couldn't get what i want.i made all settings via gui and adding callbacks manually.should i add something else?

HiI had a question about RTC in SPC560bxx.When you read the RTC documentation carefully, you will notice that it is actually a 32-bit counter that also operates in low-power modes and issues interrupts.This module is just a counter and there is no register to preserve value in low power mode.Am I right about that?How to use RTC in low power modes?Is it used only to wake up the chip?Thanks
