I need help identifying a particular ST SOIC 8 op amp. It has the markings: 204/ 9125   I hope to hear back from you as I am interested in this op amp but I cannot find out what it is.

Hi All, Looking to see if there are any replacements for the VN05NSP. Attached is the datasheet for it.   I found VN5E006ASP-E but am not sure if it could work. Attached is it's datasheet as well.   Thanks for any help. Byron

We are interfacing a Chafon MU910-M UHF RFID reader module with an STM32F103C8T6 (Blue Pill) board using UART communication. During loopback testing, we observed that individual UART ports are functional and can transmit single byte, but when attempting to transmit an entire byte/frame, the transmitted data is not received back.We have verified the following:External connections are correct (Tx ↔ Rx, common GND).Code implementation is correct based on STM32 HAL/LL libraries.UART peripheral initialization works when tested with single-byte transmission.However, the issue arises when transmitting multiple bytes (frames), where the data is either not looped back correctly or is lost.Have anyone faced this kind of issues? We are looking for guidance on the next debugging steps, specifically why the UART works for single-bit/byte transmission but fails for multi-byte frames during loopback testing.

Hello,We are testing the st33ktpm2x as a secure key generator and storage on our raspberry cm4 running openwrt (kernel 6.6), but came across some problems when trying to access the device.When we connect it via the i2c1 and use the dtbo provided from here it works: https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/TCG-TPM-I2C-DRV/tree/main but it only works with software i2c, not hardware. That isn't a big problem, but we need it on i2c4, and the provided dtbo only works with the i2c1. Is there a dts file available or some other instructions on how to make it work? Thank you

In my setup, I pulse at ±50V, generating a 3-cycle biphasic signal at 5.2 MHz for transmit. The transducer is connected via a 2-meter twisted pair cable; 70-ohm impedance match.I am evaluating potential fault scenarios where:Some transducer elements may be shorted to ground.Some transducer elements may be open.To ensure the safety and longevity of the STHV800 under these conditions, I would like to understand the following:What is the maximum safe voltage I can pulse at without damaging the pulser in these fault scenarios?Does the STHV800 have any built-in protection mechanisms or considerations for handling short-to-ground or open-circuit conditions?Thank you for your assistance!Best regards,Raghavendra Padmanabha

STR73xx MCU's are old, but I think the CAN operation is similar to newer parts. This part supports loopback and loopback with silent options. I am interested in the one called just 'loopback'. In loopback, the TX pin is active, but RX pin is disconnected from the CAN bus. TX is looped back into the RX logic. My question is about what happens when connected to a live CAN bus, one that has traffic from other nodes. Clearly, my MCU will not hear any external traffic, the RX logic will only hear what my MCU is sending. But, will my MCU still honor bus state detection and arbitration, so when I tell it to transmit (and the TX pin is active) it will not collide with external bus traffic? mark    

I read the CAN section of the RM0001 Reference manuaI STR73x ARMTDMI microcontroller family a few times, but still don't understand how to set acceptance masking and filtering. I want to only accept CAN extended messages with 29 bit headers that match the following... x xxx 0000 xxxxxx xx 001001 00 xxx xx Am I correct that the mask is set in CAN_IF2_M1R and M2R regs? And that a '1' tells the filter to test that bit, a '0' to ignore that bit? And then, the filter is set in the CAN_IF2_A1R and A2R regs? So the bit values in the unmasked positions of the received header are compared to the bits in corresponding positions in the AR regs? And only if they match, will the message will trigger an interrupt? So, for my example, I would set... Hi everybody, I am kindly new to the EMI requirement field. I am currently designing a stepper motor control board based on a L6470 driver. I have strict EMI standards to meet so I am thinking about filtering the noise and perturbations caused by the switching in my bipolar stepper motor phase wires. I am already aware of twisted wires and shielded cables, but I was thinking more of a passive filtering on my pcb between my driver's phase out pins and my board-motor cable connector.I know there is a lot of filtering possibilities from CMC + low ceramic cap to ferrite beads and RC snubbers.What would you recommend ? Thank you in advance and best regards,Paul.

Hi there ! I hope someone can help me with a confusion i had in my mind right now. I work with a EEPROM 24C256 and need a write a lot of data inside , soo i decide to use the page write solution . So from the datasheet i saw i can write 64byte in one shot. and here i have a doubt. if i start from the address 0x00 i know i can write until 0x3F.But if i start to write from 0x10 i can write until 0x3F right of course not 64Byte but 48Bytes is it right ?    Thank you  Sergio

Hello, I am conducting research on the design of a single-phase PFC in totem-pole topology. In this context, I am studying the STEVAL-TTPPFC01 prototype and the STSW-TTPPFC01 firmware. I used the eDesignSuite tool to generate the code under STM32CubeIDE. However, some source files seem to be missing, particularly the hysteresis module. The header file DPC_HysteresisCurrentCtrl.h is present with the function declarations, but the corresponding definitions in a .c file (for example DPC_Hysteresis.c) are not included in what I received. Furthermore, the eDesignSuite graphical interface does not include parameters to configure current regulation (inner current loop / hysteresis), which prevents modifying or understanding some essential aspects of the internal regulation. I'm trying to find a working spice model for the ST LM358. The one on the site gives an output of -12KV for a small sine wave when powered from ± 12VAnd the "contact us" email doesn't work.

Has anyone used those BIG KEY button modules before? I’m trying to hook one up to an Arduino, but I’m not sure if I’m wiring it right since the signal seems stuck low. Do they normally need a pull-up resistor or should it just work out of the box?

Hello,We wanted to replace an M24M01-DFCS6 memory (1 Mbit) with an M24M02E-F (advertised as 2 Mbit) available in a WLCSP5 package.After starting the driver implementation, we realized that the sections “Device Type Identifier”, “Configurable Device Address”, “Software Write Protection”, and “Identification Page Lock” occupy more than 1 Mbit…Is there actually a way to access the full 2 Mbit of this memory for data storage?I feel like I've been misled...Thanks
