We are using VN5T006ASP-E in our project. I need to know How to find the whether the IC (VN5T006ASP-E) falls below which of the category CMOS/BICMOS/BIPOLAR?In general, suggest a common technique to find the IC fabrication technology?  

We are using S2-LP Transceiver to wireless products of us. Our custom board has 2 layer and 1.6mm thickness and our operating frequency(OP) is 868 MHz. Also our output power is 14dBmUnfortunately we failed "Unwanted Emission in Spurious Domain" test. In shortly to this test, measures harmonics. We got problem 2nd harmonics and 5th harmonics. We tryed too many filter but we can not reduce harmonics.So we changed our PCB. We went to 4 layer PCB and we updated filter and matching circuit. We need someone to review our PCB. Hello all,I have been checking this 30 kW Vienna PFC rectifier reference design and didn't understand why all of these filters are used for this kind of application, I mean half of the board is inductors and capacitors for the filters.Can someone explain what type of filters are used in this reference design? and why are used in this application in particular? Will any 30kW type of application require such filtering? and what is the process of designing similar filters?Thank you,

Hi,I am conducting research related to the change in thermal impedance during the failure of a SIC MOSFET, but I am finding it difficult to measure the same thermal impedance curve as in the datasheet when I start measuring. So I would like to ask how the thermal impedance curve in the SCT30N20 MOSFET datasheet is measured? Is it calculated by loading the device with a constant heating power to bring it to a thermally stable state and then measuring the cooling curve? What should the heating power be? How long does the cooling time take approximately? In the data sheet the K value plateaus after 10^-1s, does it only take that short time for the temperature to cool down completely? And I noticed that the thermal impedance curve in the 9th edition is different from the 11th edition, which is the correct value?Best regard,Tianqi​

Hello,I'am currently working on a implemented design out of the DesignStudio. The general purpose of the Viper26 in Buck Config is to supply another DCDC with 24V. Currently a load of 110 Ohm (Bleeder) Resistor is placed for testing purposes which results in a avg. I of around 180 mA. (peak at around 225mA) with 4400 µH Inductor.Now the question: The circuitry works as expected up to about 180V. After this the circuit shuts down. I have tried several things including: reducing output voltage to 18V (overvoltage Vdd?), higher inductor values (lower ripple current), thermal measurement (case temp 40 °C) , changing comp network etc. The ton time at 170 V is still 3µs so no minimal ton time...What could be the reason for this shutdown? The customer requires a current CC EAL4+ certification for creation and verification of digital signatures.The STSAFE-A100 product page states "Latest generation of highly secure MCUs; CC EAL5+ AVA_VAN5 Common Criteria certified".However, I don't find an entry for this product in the common criteria database on www·commoncriteriaportal·org or seccerts.org Where do I find the required documents to prove that this product has got an active (not expired) CC certification with the CC level and the expiration date of the certification?

I maked a small board to test st10r163�?st10r172�?st10r262 and st10r272. When the board power up. The RSTOUT(79) Pin is alaways low. I had founded some data, sunc as https://www.rigelcorp.com/__doc/C166/R-FLIC262.pdf But the data didn't have schematic diagram. Pls tell me some advice, Tks

The RHFLVDS2281 datasheet suggests there is an internal pullup on the EN pin, but doesn't list this value. Does anyone know what this internal pullup resistance is?

Hi,I'm using AEK-COM-GNSST31 to valuate Teseo-LIV3F. Firstly, it worked so well throught the default setting values. My problem is after i set command to change uart baurate from 9600 to 38400 there is no output signal from uart.below are commands i set:1. $PSTMCFGPORT,0,0,1,38400  got return $PSTMCFGPORTOK2. $PSTMSAVEPAR  got return $PSTMSAVEPAROK than Power OFF -> Power ONThe result is i could not any output signal from uart. but PSS signal is still normally work.I try restore such below:1. Restore factory setting  $PSTMRESTOREPAR2. Reset           $PSTMSRRbut it not working( No respose from Uart)Did my command are wrong? Why Teseo-LIV3F stop sending output messages via Uart?Thank you in advance for help!!
